Brake pads were the second of two items purchased. The first item was delivered in good condition with the brake pads to be shipped directly from the manufacturer by a certain date. When I was not notified of shipping of the pads on the date indicated, I inquired of status via email and was informed I would be contacted with 24 hours, which passed without notification.
