upon moving in to the high adobe guest villa's Lana Rayburn requires a $200.00 cash deposit. After living there for 6 mos. They asked us to leave by telling us a lie that the room was reserved. On move out day keeping in mind the $200.00 cash refundable deposit, I left the room en excellent condition. They did not do a routine walk through and told us they had 24 to 48 hours to return our deposit. 2 weeks later I have not heard from them and they refuse to pay back our deposit..
