i was fired over the phone today for callin in due to my grandfather being hospitalized & me not having a babysitter. my manger faced booked me to call the buisness & that i did. she asked how he was doing & i asked her so do i show up tomarrow @ 8 am for my scheduled shift? she then told me no. i asked to talk to the store manager & asked the same question. he told me not to show up because my paperwork for termination had already been sent to h.r... come to find out you cant be terminated over the phone. it has to be in black in white & with... read full review »
