i had purchased a 2 ton hitachi window ac last yr 2010, since begning it is creating problem, they repaired it, taken to their workshop also but in vain, till date it is not working fine. on 14 may 2011 i had registered a complaint about no proper cooling & for proper service, refrence ph. no.9013386161.but till date after so many reminders at customer care they had not attended the complaint till date 27 may 2011.The product is under warranty. read full review »
