while in kfc in the abbeycentre longwood road at 7.40 this evening, one member of staff was serving customers while another two staff where behind the counter cleaning and cashing up tills, i believe the kfc is open until 9pm, while four customers in front of me where waiting to be served, one of these customers brought back a burger which had slime for salad, another asked for her money back because she had waited for so long, eventually after approx 20minutes i was served with chips which had been sitting in the tray for at least the length... read full review »
