I live in washington state near seattle and i believe atlantic circulation are scammers. A young girl came to my door wanting to raise money for a trip to europe for her graduating class. I said ok how can i help, then she offered magazine subscriptions and i picked one out and wrote her a 51.00 dollar check. At the time i was living in an apartment with my boyfriend and we were already struggling to make ends meet. I thought i was doing a good thing for this girl.
