In February 2009 I was contacted by this office offering a $100 visa card if I would try their saving program for a trial period. I told them no at first, but after much persuasion, I gave in. (Second mistake- first was even listening to her in the first place) I agree that she could send me the package with the $100 visa card, bill me for shipping and handling. She said I could call at any time to cancel this.
