Selling advertising and in publications that are not officially audited by ABC which turn out to be totally false in that only a few are printed. Many of the advertisers are non-UK based hotels, tourism offices etc. Oskar Keysell was fined at Westminster Magistrates Court for misleading advertising in a case brought by Westminster Council Trading Standards officers. His company Elite Publishing Ltd is dissolved yet he persists in forming new companies all called ELITE - when his business practices are far from ELITE.
