Cablevision advertised a Free I-Pod touch or a $200 cash rebate for becoming a new customer in their Triple Play Offer. I was told that after making three payments that I would receive my I-Pod which I selected at the time I signed with them Now I am being told that the offer was only for signing up for their Phoine and Internet and does not include Their Triple Play Option. I complained to the Company and was told they would investigate my complaint which by the way was made over a month ago without any response.
