On the 7th of April I received a faulty phone from Cell C thruogh a telesales consultant. On about At around 13th of April, I took the phone to a cell c service centre in Rusternburg (waterfall Mall). They told me that the phone was still under marketing and that I should call 084 145, which I did and spoke to a lady by the name of Fahima/fahina. I requested that I was dissapointed that I got a faulty phone and that I am not getting prompt assistance from Cell C.
