I had purchased 2 split AC 1.0 ton from Lassi Traders dombivli. As per the purchase agreement the company had promised 4 free services but no one turned up . After lot of follow up the tech person came in for the service. The company asked for a annual maintenance contract and asked for Rs. 4500/- and confirmed that the tech people will come in for the serivce when asked for.
