I purchase a new Caravelle in December from Trisec Autohouse. When I got the vechile they promised me that the carpets will still come and must first use the old carpets. I discover that the airbag light also stays on suggesting an error. The DVD system in the vehicle, done by a third party for VW has been done totally unprofessional, leaving wires everywhere and causing unbearable rattles.
