I have had Verizon DSL for several years. Routinly I have problems with their service. FORGET calling their customer service. They don't exhist. You know that comercial with "Peggy" the Big Russian alone in a room filled with blinking phones. THAT IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF you can get a person with a pulse on the line after being tormented for hours by the automated service, it won't matter because they don't speak English anyway.
