I'm very very disappointed for the entire service by priceline. Infact I must say I didnt receive service from you. I had book hotel in chicago and got the confirmation through email 1 month before but to my shock after reaching the hotel I get to know that I have no reservation after calling a customer service and waiting for more than an hour on phone still there is no confirmation from your end to the hotel. Priceline holds no regret inspite of not providing service. Pathetic service would recommend people not to use Priceline. I was waiting outside the hotel more than 3 hours. read full review »
