I have never had a bad experience with hair cuttery, so It was my birthday and I decided to get my hair colored and cut. I brought pictures with me to show the women exactly how I wanted my hair. well she puts the dye on and waited and put me under the hot dryer, then starts washing it out and notices the ends aren't the same color as the roots.
