I ordered a custom t-shirt for my son to wear on his birthday. It was getting close to his birthday so I paid a premium for priority shipping to ensure we got it on time. As his birthday approached and we had not received it I got nervous and started contacting the company. Their phone always has a message on it stating they are closed with the business hours.
