Today I called geek squad for the first time, to see if it was worth renewing.. I was very dissappointed. I described a simple problem relating to file associations. Powerpoint was not associated with .ppt. and clicking on a powerpoint file did not open powerpoint. First she directed me to control panel and told me to click on add/remove programs.
