I am very disappointed with the so call "Excellent Service of Changi Airport". Today, I was going to take the Flight MF 852 to Xiamen to be taken off at 3:40pm. I reached the airport at 2:45pm. When I saw the information board, I found that the flight MF 852 was in status of "last call". I rushed to the counter 6 at terminal one at 2:55pm and found that there were 2 long queues before the counter with the information board "MF 852" above.
