Sir, On 19.03.2011 a Complaint was lodged with Shetye Sales Syndicate, Mapusa in respect of Non Working of our LG Air Conditioner. That after a couple of days a technician from LG Porvorim Service Station checked the Air Conditioner unit and told us that compressor is damaged and it has to be replaced with the new one and the cost is around 8, 000/- which was agreed for.
