After 4 months of waiting for a reply and repeated phone calls to have a Lounge that i bought for $3200 to be fixed under the manufacturers warranty (Moran Furniture) i was told that i would have to part with $190 for my lounge to be transported to the Cranbourne store which will then be collected by Moran to be transported to their manufacturing warehouse.
