Swarovski has a terrible product exchange policy: my kids saved up their money to buy their mother a crystal for her birthday. After buying it, we realized it had a clear defect. I returned it to the "One Raffles Place" Swarovski store in Singapore where it was purchased simply wishing to exchange it. They refused to exchange it stating that when purchasing, the customer accepts it as it and was not entitled to an exchange. Furthermore, when I demanded to speak to the manager, I was told that he is out to lunch and cannot speak to me. read full review »
