i purchsaed a pair of shoes for my wedding. They were extremely big and has such a obvious fold at the top of the shoe due to size. I contact CS via ticket/eamil. They ae giving such a hard time. They want me to take a picture with tape on my foot and then with my foot in the shoe to verify the size does not fit. This process seems so ridiculous in that I could ask anyone I know to take these pictures.
