I was charged $99 unsolicited while registering online. Contacted Bidrack and they immediately offered other deals. Refused refund and said I agreed to buy bid package. Have filed complaint with IC3 board. You should do the same. Stop this scam now!! If you act quickly, you can block the credit card that you used before they can process charges.
