i have booked a germ kill battery kit by ph call to customer care of pure it, a water purifier of Hindustan Uniliver. the customer care had given me 2 different order booking no on 2 successive days which are-S11/DPR2538/000327 no given on 28/05/2011 and on the next day the customer care have told me that the previous no is incorrect & gives me the new order booking no-RFS/434121. & both of them have committed me to give the service within 24 hours from my call.
