Bambino Direct are a complete sham of a company, ordered our baby cot bed over a month ago for it to be delivered in an appaliing condition! Was badly marked and damaged( in total 26 faults were found) all due to manufacturing. We also waited in at home for the delivery which came 3 days late instead of the date promised. After complaining to Bambino Direct the company who we used to purchase the cotbed form we had several weeks of phone calls and emails before they accepted what we were saying, but the blame was passed back to tutti Bambini... read full review »
