Dear All, i have registered with hotfile.com 4 months ago and it was for one month only, but then i discovered that i am being auto charged & the account is auto renewed every month for the past three months. i have sent lots of emails to all the hotfile contacts there is and i never got a single reply. so please advice me on what to do because i don't want to have to block my VISA card since it's used by most of my work.
