It seems we were one of their victims too. They lowball the quote with no idea how they're even going to tow the car. They report they have it listed for towing but so many cars are coming out of Fla now that they can't guarantee when it will be picked up. They just keep saying in a few days or next week. 3 weeks later the car is still sitting there. Wayne is rude when contacted.
