This company has no standard operating procedures. (And if they actually do, the employees or independent contractors are not aware of them or have the freedom to totally disregard them.) SLS is the 2nd lienholder on a short sale deal. The 1st is Bank of America. Would you believe I received an approval from Bank of America two months ahead of SLS?
