Terrible Customer Service after ordering two items. The products arrived after a very long wait ...one broken and the other needing batteries not available in the USA. DinoDirect.com has ignored repeated multiple requests for help. They took my money, but will not respond to any emails asking for either a replacement or my money back. I would suggest extreme caution when considering doing business with DinoDiect.com if my experience is an indication of their level of Customer Care. read full review »
