My girl friend's phone had some problem. She went to this company to find out why and this is what happened. 1) Check Phone that hangs, and said is battery problem.. after paid. 5 minutes later phone hangs again. sure it's not phone problem. (lag of experience worker) 2) Asking for refund, they said that their system cannot refund after key in.
