charge late payment when they stated that my account would be directly debited by them for the monthly payment I changed to DD and they gave me the impression that they were taking the monthly payment this way when they didn't they charge me a late payment fee and wont take it off my account they have said that this months is going to be directly taken out of my account but it may be the same as last months and then they will charge me another late fee read full review »
