I made a purchase of two bridesmaids dresses and my 3rd bridesmaid ordered her dressses separately. They all arrived on schedule, but the first two were absolutely horrible. They looked nothing like what the photo indicated. When I immediately contacted customer service to request either a refund or exchange, they offered me a $30 discount on a future purchase, not the refund or exchange I was asking for.
