I requested my wireless phone services be suspended. After several months they automatically turn phone back on without my consent. I did not use the phone or any services but was stilled billed. I talked to customer service supervisor and got bill adjustment down and was promised no further charges. Another month of charges was next added. I believe it is unfair and unethical to charge for services not used. I believe it is unethical to be promised no additional billing and then be continued to be billed.
