During my search for a company to use to refinance my home, Quicken Loans called me. After giving them general info, I was told that I was 'just the kind of person they were looking for'. I should have gotten the message right then. The representative called me back in about an hour and gave me arste and their monthly payment. I told him that didn't match up with other bank offers I had -- the Quicken rate quote was lower but the payment was higher.
