well, the dresses were orderd in mid March, expected up to 8 weeks for delivery, so 2 months later in May started calling, faxing, emailing and initally did not get any responses. Finally got a different phone #, called many times, no one could give me any info on the order, kept being told someone would call within 24 hours. Started calling everyday, still no one with any info. Eventually did get a rep who connected me with her supervisor who gave me a# for the order status desk.
