10 days ago, my tenant called and said she had moved out, she wanted me to mail a cheque to her for the last month's rent, I said I would go and check that the place was clean when the month end came, which was today. I went to the door to see a Orangeville Humane Society SPCA had been there regarding abandoned animals. I used my key and went in because I could hear dogs barking.
