Hi, I am Sanniv Banerjee. I tried to book train from Yatra Website (Train Name- Ganadevata Express, departure date-28/05/2011) on 18/05/2011, but the booking cannot be completed due to technical problem. But the amount has been deducted from my HDFC bank account. My Yatra Reference number is WCC6PE. Yatra has assured that the money will be refunded soon. But then they said that they don't received the money, but the amount has been deducted from my account.I have send them the bank statement.But, still now, there is no response.
