So far, I have brought 4 Loreal Black Eye Liners. Its called L'Oreal Paris Kohl Eyeliner Black. High Intensity Pigments. Its strange it works beautifully. Then after about 3 weeks the brush on wand curls up at the end. I couldn't believe it thats why I brought another 3. I have never ever had this happen in my whole life.
