on dt 28-5-2011, I received a massage on my mobile at 21.44PM, that hellotune has been activated on my mobile & Rs 75.00 has been deducted.then I stopped the service at 21.49PM & call to 198 at 21.59PM for complaint in this regard.but cust.care didnot respond .again I lodged a complaint on dt 30-5-11. after a along conversation the cust.care officer agreed to refund the deducted balance Rs 75.00. but again today the officer on duty denied it, inspite of that, service provider has started another service satsang & duducted @Rs 2.00/day, that I... read full review »
