Can't get through to Customer Sevice for hours...Also, used the option for a call back and so far 3 days and no call back...Tried to use the online customer service..But there is a minumum $30. charge to ask a question. Would never recommend this trimmer to anyone...It is not as easy to use as it shows. and the battery does not work as long as they say... read full review »
