Sir, I MUKESH PANDEY, Ghaziabad have a reliance gsm connection mobile no. 08882885593, from last six months.Last time before three months reliance company wrongly deducted the amount three times from my a/c.Therefore i had activated DND on my this number.But this bad incident occured again today dated 01 june, 2011 and my balance of Rs. 30 have been deducted from my mobile a/c.I called the customer care and they told me their old concept of "system is not updated".They told me that they are not able to noted my complaint.
