Spoke to cs @ 11:10 a.m. EST (company is in Mtn Time Zone) on 4/20/09 at Acai Fulfillment Center @ #1-866-951-1393 and spoke to Rachel, employee #12068 (she would not give her last name). I told her I wanted a complete refund for the $88.55 which was charged erroneously on 4/16/09. I didn’t receive my trial bottle till Monday, 4/13/09. Rachel stated that the trial period was for 10 days and I should have received my bottle by 4/8/09. I, too, ordered the free trial bottle of 30 acaix3 pills online for the shipping charge of $2.79. Delivery was suppose to take between 4-6 weeks. I received the trial bottle on April 13, 2009, just within a few days of my order and with the $2.79 charge authorized on my account. On April 16, 2009 another charge from the same company for $88.55 and with only this MC-ACAI X3 REFUNDS CALL 86 DRAPER.
