I recently used Fedex to mail off my transcript request and I ask the customer sales associate can I send a Fedex envelope to my previous College so they can forward my transcript to my new College to get it processed through the mail faster. Plus I asked can I pay for the postage now so my previous College will not have to worry about any postage fees because thats not there problem.
