I cancelled Dish as of March 15th 2011, which was done per phone conversation which I documented. Dish called, (documented) stating I couldnt cancel I had months left on contract. I explained that my husband was trasferred due to shut down of his department and I couldnt transfer the service due to the landlords restrictions, The customer service rep started yelling at me .
