Please assist as i have concern with my Bodycorporate. I have been living at Villa Mia for more than 12 years. I have my flat on sale for the past 3 years. Many approved buyers have made offers but the banks dont want to give the bond because of the Bodycorporate being in arrears all the time. I believe that the bodycorporate is screwing us over. Each owner has been billed R8500.00 a special levy to paint the entire complex. I think that this is dailight robbery.
