They had a sign out on the main road that it was Pet Adoption Day so I stopped in. I wanted to adopt a dog up to a year old and was hoping to find a rescue dog which I was told they had here. All the dogs were outside in cages. A woman approached me and asked me to fill out an application. I told her that I just wanted to look. She said I can't unless I fill out an application but I didn't see why it was necessary if I didn't find a dog to adopt, so I left.
