My wife and I were looking at flowers at our local Walmart. We wondered over to the Home and Garden section located on the north sector of the building. We paced isle to isle looking for some flowers we liked. The next thing I know I have a half long 1/4 inch thick splinter in my arm. The splinter went in just up from my elbow. I examined my environment to try and make sense of how this happened. Noticed that one of there second shelf pallets was improperly position on the steal racking.
