This hotel left my hotel room OPENED after the housekeeping lady half cleaned it. This poses a MAJOR danger to anyone that was staying in the hotel if they do not ensure that the rooms are secure after cleaning. Upon reporting this to the management, I got no apology, only "OK, I will tell her" after I reported the incident. read full review »
