Wells Fargo and USAA did not talk to one another regarding my insurance. I did not find this out for almost a year, and one day Wells Fargo began over drafting my account. I called to complain and they told me it was because my home insurance had expired. I asked how that was possible considering I had USAA and had them for over a year. Wells Fargo said another Mortgage company was listed (one I have never heard of).
