My mother and sister were visiting from out of town and my wife and I took them out to dinner to Grand Hong Kong Buffet. It was absolutely the worst Chinese food we have ever had. The food was cold and old- almost as if it been there all through lunch. We even had our waitress take a plate into the kitchen to be heated in the microwave. That just made the general tso chicken even tougher. The price per person was $12.99!! We didn't even get an apology from the owner...just a smirky smile as he took our money.
